I will not be screening anyone who asks to host, so please consider doing your own research before you join. Once the package leaves my hands, it is the responsibility of the group order manager (GOM) to fulfill all their orders.

TYPES OF GROUPS

If you want to host a private group, such as for a closed server or with friends, you may place an order as normal through the shop. Please write everyone's alternative contact details in your confirmation form submission. This is so I know who is joining, and can include the right number of business cards and freebies for everyone (e.g. stickers). 

If you want to host a public group, please let me know so I can add you to the list above. I strongly recommend you are in a financial position where you can front the international shipping cost as soon as possible once I send you your invoice. You may either place your order as normal through the shop, or send a direct bulk payment. Please also collect everyone's alternative contact details before you make your payment. 

ITEM PACKAGING

Backing cards and pins will be packed separately by default for GOs to reduce weight, but you are welcome to send a list/spreadsheet of joiner orders if you would prefer items to be sent pre-assembled & packaged. Separate packing requires backing card assembly and packaging (e.g. cello bags) by the GOM, as all pins will be in their original ziplock bags.
